Marasmius magnus (Marasmiaceae, Basidiomycota) en Argentina

Resumen

En el marco de un estudio sobre la diversidad de hongos agaricoides de la Selva Atlántica argentina, se colectaron especímenes que se corresponden morfológica y filogenéticamente con Marasmius magnus, una especie recientemente descripta para Brasil. El objetivo del presente trabajo es registrar, describir e ilustrar a M. magnus con base en especímenes colectados en la provincia de Misiones. Esta especie se caracteriza por sus basidiomas grandes que pueden superar los 100 mm de diám., la coloración del píleo rojiza amarronada hacia el centro, con tonalidades anaranjadas hacia el margen, finalizando en una línea marginal blanquecina, sus basidiosporas oblongas a subcilíndricas, relativamente cortas y laminillas distantes cuyo margen presenta elementos fértiles, sin queilocistidios.
