Número Especial Modelos de Distribución de Especies

Darwiniana, Nueva Serie invites submissions for its special issue focused on ecological niche modelling and species distribution. This modelling approach represents a powerful tool in a variety of uses, both basic and applied.

The call is open to theoretical, methodological, and applied articles addressing plant species. In the case of studies focusing on particular or very specific cases (e.g., single or group of species), submissions are especially encouraged to use niche modelling to test clearly stated and well-founded hypotheses.

Guest editors for this special issue are Diego Salariato and Jessica Viera Barreto (dsalariato@darwin.edu.ar jessicavierabarreto@gmail.com). The deadline for receiving manuscript proposals is May 31, 2026.
