Abstract

Vicia macrograminea is confirmed for Argentina precisions about V. epetiolaris, V. graminea var. transiens and V. stenophylla are given. The geographical distribution of V. graminea is extended, and a new variety, Vicia epetiolaris var. microcarpa, is proposed. Also, the presence of V. andicola and V. setifolia in northwestern Argentina is confirmed. A key and illustrations to differentiate all studied species are included.
