Valeriana tunuyanense, a new species growing in crevices of high mountain rocks from Mendoza (Argentina), is described and illustrated. The new species is morphologically similar to Valeriana corynodes, and easily distinguished by its glabrous condition, smaller size, yellow flowers, and fruits pilose only at the basal half. A key is provided to recognize both species.Downloads
