The presence of endomycorrhizal fungus associated with plants in a native mountain grassland in Central Argentina is studied. Acaulospora bireticulata Rothwell & Trappe, Acaulospora excavata Ingleby & Walker, Acaulospora gerdemannii Schenk & Nicolson, Acaulospora mellea Spain & Schenck, Acaulospora scrobiculata Trappe, Acaulospora spinosa Walker & Trappe and Entrophospora infrequens (Hall) Ames & Schneider (Glomales, Acaulosporaceae) are cited, described and illustrated for the first time for Argentina (Pampa de Achala, Córdoba); they are found in the rhizosphere of Briza subaristata Lam., Deyeuxia hieronymi (Hack.) Türpe, Eragrostis lugens Nees, Poa stuckertii (Hack.) Parodi, Sorghastrum pellitum (Hack.) Parodi (Poaceae) and Alchemilla pinnata Ruiz & Pav. (Rosaceae).Downloads
