Palynological analysis of 29 samples belonging to 3 honey harvests (1990-1993) in the Paraná River area shows that species of Leguminosae, Myrtaceae and Asteraceae are dominant. Pollen of hydrophylic species in Alismataceae and Polygonaceae are present in almost every sample. The pollen content allows to differentiate these honeys from others in Argentina.Downloads
