Abstract

Together with a new combination, Dendropanax affinis (Marchal) Gamerro & Zuloaga, a synopsis of the family Araliaceae for Argentina is presented. Synonymy, literature, distribution and habitat are considered for each valid taxon. A key for species identification is also included.
