The genus Harrisia (Cactaceae) in Argentina.

The genus Harrisia Britton have 4 species native of Argentina; a key to distinguish them, descriptions, new synonyms and studied material are given. Cereus regelii Weing., is transfered to H. pomanensis (F.C.A. Weber ex K. Schum.) Britton & Rose subsp. regelii (Weing.) R. Kiesling, combo et stat. nov. Neotypes of H. bonplandii, H. pomanensis subsp. pomanensis, H. martinii (Lab.) Britton & Rose and H. tortuosa (Forb.) Britton & Rose are designated.Downloads
